1. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated March 05, 2019 passed by the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chandannagar, Hooghly, issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioners in connection with G.R. Case No.1036 of 2017, arising out of Singur Police Station case no.311 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017 under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Subsequently charge sheet has been submitted on 20.03.2018 under Sections 395/397/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Upon hearing of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and on perusing the materials on record, it

appears that charge sheet in the present case has already been submitted.

3. Considering the said facts, the impugned order be stayed for a period of 10 days with a direction that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Trial Court and pray for bail before the learned Trial Court, which the learned Trial Court shall consider in accordance with law.

4. CRR 5616 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court of information.
