Ms. Sremoyee Mitra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the added respondent no.11 in WPA 28983 of 2023, the erstwhile chartered account firm appointed for the audit of the accounts of the school for the financial year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. The said added respondent had filed an affidavit clarifying its audit report to which the petitioners had filed an exception. Ms. Mitra files a re-joinder to the said exception of the petitioners today, let it be kept with the record.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned AGP submits that in terms of the order dated August 13, 2024 for renovation of

the school building, the Samagra Shiksha Mission has sanctioned a fund of Rs.13,82,205/-.

Mr. Dey, learned advocate for the petitioners in WPA 28983 of 2023, files copy of the order of the administrator of the school dated September 11, 2024, let it be kept with the record.

Nothing is left to be decided in WPA 28983 of 2023, the same is therefore disposed of without any order as to costs.

However, the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal shall take steps for reconstitution of the Managing Committee of the school as expeditiously as possible.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner in WPA 22153 of 2023.
