1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Although it is alleged that a fracture injury was caused on the head of the victim with a sharp cutting weapon (Hasua), it does not appear that Section 117(4) of the BNS has not been imputed.

4. However, considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and the medical document annexed at page 77 of the case diary and statements of the victim and the statements of other witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
