Although by an order dated 11th July, 2025, the writ petition was restored and has accordingly been taken up, unfortunately, today the petitioner's advocate prays for an accommodation.

Ordinarily, it was expected that the matter would be taken up and heard out, however, having regard to the prayer for adjournment made today, let this matter stand adjourned and appear in the daily supplementary list of this Court on 26th August, 2025.
