Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from some technical defects, he prays leave to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh.

As prayed for, W.P.A. 30512 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition for the selfsame relief on selfsame cause of action.
