Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of warrant of arrest being issued by the learned ACJM, Dantan, Paschim Medinipur.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. Petitioners are directed to produce the order of anticipatory bail before the learned ACJM, Dantan, Paschim Medinipur.

The learned ACJM, Dantan, Paschim Medinipur will take into consideration that in case of persons who were granted anticipatory bail at the initial stage, it would be advisable as provided under the statute to issue bailable warrant.

Having regard to the same, I direct that in case the petitioners surrender by 29th February, 2024, the prayer of the petitioners for bail would be considered keeping in mind that the custodial detention may not be required as charge-

sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4966 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected applications if any are consequently disposed of.
