In connection with the present contempt application, a Rule was issued on November 14, 2025.

It is apparent from the office report dated December 18, 2025 that the contempt Rule was sent by special messenger vide Memo No. 772-MD dated December 16, 2025 for effecting service upon the contemnor and the same was received by the office of the concerned contemnor on December 18, 2025.

However, despite such service of the Rule, the contemnor does not appear personally, nor is represented by counsel, at the time of call.

Accordingly, a warrant of arrest be issued immediately in order to ensure the personal presence of the contemnor before the Court on January 30, 2026 at 3.30 p.m.
