1. The revisonal application has been preferred praying for disposal of the Title Appeal No. 41 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FAST Track Court-III, Barrackpore.

2. It appears that the appeal is of the year 2018 and interim order is being extended from time to time awaiting lower Court records.

3. It further appears that the appellate Court has not made any attempt to have the appeal heard expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, considering the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the appeal

expeditiously preferably within one month from the date of communication of this order along with all interlocutory applications , if any.

5. CO 4364 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
