...for the State Pursuant to the order dated 19th May, 2025, learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed memo dated 9th June, 2025 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Medinipur being respondent no.5 which is taken on record. On perusal of the memo dated 9th June, 2025, it appears that the Additional District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Contai Sub-Division being respondent no.4 has been directed by the respondent no.5 to pay arrear dues of the petitioner for the period from 1st July, 2008 to 30th June, 2016 in connection with eighteen

(18) years service benefit.

On perusal of the memo dated 9th June, 2025, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order needs be passed in this writ petition. However, respondent no.4 is directed to release arrear dues in favour of the petitioner as directed by the respondent no.5 vide memo dated 9th June, 2025 by four (4) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
