The reports reflect that the accused persons namely, Mahindra Kumar Rampuria, Smt. Anita Jain and Jasbir Singh Oubi, are not traceable. As such, the concerned police officers could not execute the warrant of arrest. Having considered the report so submitted before this court, I direct the ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta to proceed to the next harsher process of law by adhering to section 82 of the cr.p.c. and thereafter the subsequent procedure in connection with Complaint Case No. 29304 of 2013.

Ld. Advocate for the State is directed to hand over a copy of the report so submitted before this court to the ld. Advocate for the petitioner. The said report be also placed

before the ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta so that the ld. Magistrate can proceed in accordance with the direction which have been passed above.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4974 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, is any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
