The learned prosecutor has submitted a report, let the same be kept on record, which prima facie shows that the petitioner has complied with all the direction. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the other co-accused have applied for relaxation of the conditions imposed while granting bail. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is also of the view that the condition as imposed to meet the Officer-in-Charge once in a fortnight and to remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station are hereby waived. However, other conditions imposed should be complied with strictly.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
