1. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Sessions Trial No. 3 of 2021 arising out of Sessions Case No. 100 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the case is pending for trial since 2021.

4. Considering the nature of prayer of this revisional application service of notice stands dispensed with.

5. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the Sessions Trail No.3 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

6. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Judge for information and compliance.

7. With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
