The private opposite party has also been represented. Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Having regard to the nature and the offences complained of, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned trial court would if such an application is filed dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of filing such an application. So far as this court is concerned, the application for joint compromise application

being CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.

So far the main revisional application is concerned, the trial court would follow the direction as given above. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4967 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently hereby disposed of.
