Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Civil Procedure Code was allowed on May 20, 2025. She submits that the petitioner has been directed to serve summons upon the added party and September 23, 2025 has been fixed for service returns and acknowledgement due. The suit is not ready for hearing.

In view thereof, this court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the matter at this stage.

CO 4376 of 2024 stands disposed of with the above observation.
