Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners pray for a direction upon the respondent Bank to indemnify the petitioner for any loss or injury that may occur due to unauthorized disclosure of statement of account.

The petitioners have also sought for a direction upon the respondent no.5, the Union Bank of India, Ranchi Branch to initiate criminal proceeding against the errant officer for disclosing information to a third party.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that information was provided by the Bank to the Director of the petitioners in 2023. The subject bank account remained dormant for a long period of time for not updating the KYC documents. 5.

According to the petitioners, information was provided to the erstwhile director of the company.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank submits that the information regarding removal of the director was not before the Bank.

It appears that there are several disputed question of facts which cannot be ascertained in the instant writ petition.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the instant writ petition. 9.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

10. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
