1. The petitioner challenges an auction notice dated 26.11.2024. The said notice was issued by the concerned Bank to recover the certificate dues obtained from the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I under the Recovery of Debts due to Bank and Financial Institution Act, 1993. The said certificate has not been challenged by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner states that the said notice, as challenged in the instant writ-petition, has now become redundant in view of a fresh notice issued subsequently issued sometime in the year 2025.

3. In view thereof, the writ-petition has become infructuous and WPA 30303 of 2024 is dismissed accordingly.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
