Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is present.
2. Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. Anand Keshari, learned Counsel who usually appears for the state is present in Court today. They shall represent the State and their appointment be regularized by the competent authority..
3. This revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with GR Case No. 32/2017 arising out of Kalna Police Station Case No. 07/2017 dated 04.01.2017 under Sections 341/323/506/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 4.
The revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding on the ground that the FIR did not disclose any cognizable offence. It was also alleged that the case was initiated on the concocted and fabricated facts.
5. At this stage, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that she is not pressing the prayer for quashing the proceeding rather seeking directed upon the Trial Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 6.
Mr. Mukherjee appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that in terms of prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioners he is not inclined to stand in the way of prayer for early disposal.

Given facts and circumstances, the revisional application stands disposed of being not pressed.

Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the case being GR Case No. 32/2017 arising out of Kalna Police Station Case No. 07/2017 dated 04.01.2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
9. Department is directed to intimate the order to the learned Trial Court.
