Considering the materials against the present petitioner and the stage of trial, the prayer for bail stands rejected but the learned Trial Court shall proceed with day to day trial in the present case following the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mamman Khan Vs. State of Haryana in Criminal Appeal No. 4003 of 2025 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either sides.
