Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier on merits. It is contended petitioner is not the principal accused. However, role of the petitioner had been considered by the Co-ordinate Bench while turning down his prayer for anticipatory bail. We do not find any reason to revisit the issue at this stage.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional court within seven days from date and pray for regular bail. In the event, he does so the court shall consider his prayer independently and in accordance with law.
