The learned advocates for both the parties uniformly submit that the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably and they are living together as married couple presently. The petitioner intends to withdraw the instant revisional application.
A written instruction filed by the petitioner through his learned advocate on record expressing his unwillingness to proceed with the hearing of the instant revisional application be kept on record.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional has become infructuous and, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. Let a copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned trial court for immediate compliance. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
