Learned advocate for the petitioner submits victim had been recovered. He is not the principal accused. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner and others kidnapped the victim and demanded return of gold. Keeping in mind the nature of crime we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
