It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as charge-sheet in the present case has been filed during pendency of the present revisional application he may be given liberty to approach the trial Court with a prayer for discharge. This Court is of the view that the matter can be heard and disposed of by this Court in spite of charge-sheet being filed during the pendency of the revisional application. But considering the prayer of the petitioners and in the interest of justice, the present revisional application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial Court with a prayer for discharge within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, if any.

In case, the application for discharge is filed, the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law on hearing the parties.

In case, no prayer for discharge is filed by the petitioners within the period mentioned,the trial Court shall proceed with the present case in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
