He is also a Member of the Governing Body of the college.

It is the only grievance of the petitioner that though he had participated in the meetings of the Governing Body on several occasions, copies of the resolution of the said meetings had never been served upon him.

On behalf of the college, an accommodation is prayed for.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon respondent nos.5, 6 and 7 to provide the petitioner with the copies of the resolutions

adopted in the meetings of the Governing Body held on September 11, 2019, November 19, 2019, February 22, 2020, August 25, 2020, August 13, 2021, January 15, 2022, June 18, 2022, August 6, 2022 and March 15, 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, WPA 29021 of 2023 is disposed of.
