We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is involved in dealing in narcotics. He did not join in the investigation and absconded. He has criminal antecedents. Custodial interrogation during further investigation may result in further recoveries. In view of the nature of crime we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
