1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the suit being MAT Suit No. 81 of 2023 under Section 13(1)(ia)(1b) and (v) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Bishnupur at Bankura.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed an order dated 17.06.2025 wherein it appears that the said revisional application has been dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

Considering the said fact, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the matrimonial suit in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order. 5.

It appears that wife is residing at Italy and, as such, the trial Court shall be at liberty to permit the wife to appear virtually.

There will be no order as to costs.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
