Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri Mr. Rajesh Naskar Mr. Ankan Mondal ... for the petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Amman Arif Ansari ... for the D.P.S.C., Uttar Dinajpur Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 11th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 11th August, 2025 it is revealed that in paragraph 5 instead of "The respondent No.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order of this Court to respondent No.4." in the order, it should be read as "The respondent No.5 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order of this Court to respondent No.5."

The other portion of the order dated 11th August, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
