Petitioners contend co-accused is on bail.

Accordingly, they renew their bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. He submits date has been fixed for recording evidence. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Large number of Fake Indian Currency Notes (for short FICNs) were recovered from the petitioners. They do not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged bail. Date has been fixed for recording evidence. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioners is rejected.
