On May 3, 2024 rule was issued and was duly served upon alleged contemnor No. 3.

Ms. Kaberi Ghosh (Dey), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the interim direction of this Court wherefrom this contempt proceeding arose stands complied with totally, hence, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding. Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the contemnor Nos. 2 and 3 has also confirmed the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as recorded above.

Mr. Jayanta Samanta, learned counsel appears for alleged contemnor No. 1.

In view of the content of the contempt rule issued upon the alleged contemnor No. 3 and since the order of this Court stands complied with, there is no further requirement of personal appearance of the alleged contemnor No. 3, namely, Sibsankar Das. In view of the above, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1759 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

The rule stands discharged.

The compliance report dated May 16, 2024 signed by the alleged contemnor No. 3 submitted before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader is taken on record.

The contempt application CPAN 1759 of 2023 stands disposed of.
