1. This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioner for correction of an order dated 10.11.2025 as pointed out hereunder:- i) In the third paragraph, the expression "Section 4D of the Mohamedan Marriage & Divorce Act" should be replaced with "Section 4B of The Muhammadan Marriage Registration and Divorce Rules, 1929".

ii) In paragraph 7, the date of the representation which is recorded as "July 29, 2024" should be replaced with "December 9, 2024".

2. Such errors being apparent and ministerial in nature, office is directed to correct such mistake as pointed out.

3. Other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

4. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 10.11.2025.
