This is not permissible as authorized by any order, memorandum or notification.

Alleged contemner no.1 goes unrepresented. Court overlooks the absence for this one occasion. Said alleged contemner must demonstrate basis of arriving at Rs. 1796.00 as last pay drawn by applicant, as taken in the calculation.

At this stage, Mr. Dey, learned advocate appears on behalf of the alleged contemner no.1. Mr. Dey files report upon copy served in Court. The report be taken on record. Said alleged contemner will be heard in defence to likely cognizance of contempt.
