The present case relates to Naihati P.S. Case No. 304 of 2023 dated 7.10.2023 which was registered for investigation under section 306/34 of the IPC. Mr. Kar, ld. advocate for the petitioner, submits that the wife of the deceased and her family members were implicated by the mother of the deceased.

Having regard to the fact that the investigation of the case is in progress and the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail, I am of the view that the investigating agency will take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this court at the appropriate stage after the report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. is filed before the ld. jurisdictional court and the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. are made available to them.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4981 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application (s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
