1. Petitioner stands implicated in murder.

2. Firearm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Postmortem report suggests that the victim expired due to gun shot injury. Period of detention of the petitioner 7 and 1/2 months.

3. Police filed charge sheet.

4. The materials on record do not make it desirable to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. CRM (DB) 4365 of 2024 is dismissed.
