By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of rejection of application of the petitioner for registration, dated 22nd November, 2023.

Since the impugned order is an appellable order, on the ground of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except extending the time to file statutory appeal within two weeks from date.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 29041 of 2023 is disposed of.
