1. The petitioner in the instant case submits that during the pendency of the writ petition he has received an order of rejection in connection with the representation made before the Secretary State Transport Authority on 13.01.2023.

2. Since the order of rejection is a fresh cause of action, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition.

3. It is also submitted that challenging the order of rejection of fresh writ petition has already filed.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
