1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing of FIR being No. 115 of 2013. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case and that is why the petitioner does not incline to proceed with this revisional application further.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also filed one written instruction, which is kept with record.

3. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
