Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after rendering twelve years' service in the school, the petitioner resigned from the school in 1990. The petitioner has filed this writ application in the year 2012. So, this matter is delayed by twentytwo years. I do not find any merit in the writ application as delay defeats equity and therefore after so many years nothing can be directed to any authority.

I do not exercise the equitable writ jurisdiction in this matter.

The writ application is dismissed.
