1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for fifteen years. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in August, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
