Learned counsel for respondent no. 6 who has appeared and states that they shall consider the representation of the petitioner within a time bound manner preferably within a period of six weeks from the communication of this order. The respondents are directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any interested parties and thereafter passes a speaking order and same shall be communicated to the petitioner.

With the above said direction the present writ petition is disposed of.
