Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he happens to be a septuagenarian and is unable to cultivate as there has been interference at the behest of the respondent no. 4 who happens to be an influential person of the locality.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that over the said issue Title Suit No. 6/22 is pending between the petitioner and the respondent no. 4 before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Malda.

In view of the aforesaid the grievance relating to interference be brought to the notice of

the learned Civil Judge who is already in seisin of the title suit.

Police authorities as is reflected from the report is maintaining surveillance, State would continue to keep such surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29056 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
