In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he was granted bail on 05.03.2025. So far as the conditions while granting bail to the limited extent of meeting the Officer-inCharge of Uttarpara Police Station once in a week, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officerin-Charge of Uttarpara Police Station once in a month till further orders of this Court. So far as the other conditions so imposed by this Hon'ble Court while granting bail are retained till further orders of this Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
