The grievance of the petitioner is directed against illegal and unauthorized construction on the land belonging to the petitioner.

The State is represented and submits that the writ petition is not maintainable and the disputes between the parties are purely private civil disputes.

The private respondent is represented and submits that they are not carrying on any construction whatsoever. Accordingly, there is no question of obtaining any prior permission or sanction. In any event, the disputes raised by the petitioner are purely civil in nature.

The writ petition is not maintainable insofar as the grievance of the petitioner raises purely civil disputes. In any event, the allegations of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated in this summary jurisdiction.

In view of the above, WPA 29071 of 2023 stands dismissed on the ground of maintainability.
