And In the matter of : Sudip Sau @ Sahu ...... petitioner Mr. Soumyajit Das Mahapatra, Ms. Madhurai Sinha ....for the petitioner Mr. R. Das, Ms. Sayanti Santra ....for the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner is involved in an incident of assault on government employees and destruction of government properties.

Petitioner is named by eyewitnesses and is also named in the First Information Report.

Since government officials received injuries and government properties were damaged, and the petitioner is

involved in such incident we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5756 of 2023 is disposed of.
