The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Jugdiha Junior High School, District: Jhargram, she is praying disbursement of arrear salary of Rs. 76,560/- accrued to her on fixation of higher scale of pay for enhancement of qualification in the relevant subject.

Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition on March 11, 2024 such arrear salary has been paid to the petitioner. In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the writ petition.

WPA 29096 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
