The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-renewal of a licence issued in favour of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that during the pendency of this writ petition, the licence in favour of the petitioner has already been renewed.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same stands dismissed.

A copy of the renewed licence filed in Court be kept with the records. A copy of same has also been handed over to the petitioner.
