In view of the relevant provisions of POCSO Act, 2012 and Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, I am of the view that, at this stage, the prayer(s) so canvassed before this Court for quashing of the said case cannot be interfered with.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30381 of 2024 is disposed of.
