State has submitted a report. Report reflects that 23.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.301 Rakib information relating to six bank accounts are available. The police authorities have found in respect of the transactions and the status of the bank accounts have been informed also to the present petitioner. According to the investigating officer the investigation is at the final stage.

Having regard to the steps taken and the grievances of the present petitioner, I direct that before submission of the final report the Deputy Commissioner of Police, in-charge of Ekbalpur Police Station will peruse and consider the grievance of the petitioner as well as the materials collected by the investigating agency. No further interference is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 30754 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
