Mr. Swapan Kumar Dutta, learned Government Pleader submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the reasoned order has already been passed on 24.12.2025 and the same has been duly served upon the petitioner. The petitioner submits that till date the said reasoned order has not yet been communicated by the State respondents.

In view of the above, I find that since the reasoned order has already been passed, the cause of the writ petition does not survive any more and the instant writ petition has rendered infructuous.

Let a copy of the reasoned order be communicated forthwith by the State respondents upon the petitioner preferably within a week. The writ petition is disposed of as infurctuous.
