1. The learned counsel appears for the petitioner and submits that he will be satisfied if his representation dated 15th May, 2023 may be directed to be decided by the Commissioner, Howrah Municipal Corporation, Howrah within stipulated time.

2. Considering the aforesaid, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by permitting the petitioner to resubmit the said representation dated 15th May, 2023 before the said Commissioner along with the relevant documents and copy of this order.

3. In turn, the said Commissioner shall consider and decide the representation by reasoned order within 90 days therefrom.

The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. This petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
