Petitioner approached this court with a prayer for effective steps being taken in connection with Pursurah PS Case No.

170/2022 dated 08.10.2022.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report.

The investigating officer in course of investigation has arrested three accused persons. Certain parts of the tractor were also recovered and on completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted under section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

In case the petitioner is dissatisfied with the outcome of the investigation, petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps under the relevant provisions of law before the jurisdictional magistrate. With the aforesaid observations WPA 29129 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
