The revisional application being Criminal Motion No.485 of 2023 filed before the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore has been subsequently transferred to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Alipore for hearing and disposal. The revisional court is directed to dispose of the revisional application on the next date so fixed or within 60 days from the next date so fixed. The learned revisional court will fix as many as number of dates which the revisional court deems fit and proper but will dispose of the revisional application by 31st July, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4993 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
